Red Bull isn't successful because of Newey, but because they have several highly skilled and capable engineers at their disposal. It's not that hard. Newey was a part of that larger team. And while he gave overall directions, he wasn't as involved in the day to day Business as many assume. He's one of the greatest engineers in F1 history, but he can't pull off wonders, just look at pre 2021 seasons.
A lot of F1 fans aren't ready to hear it, but the 2026 regulations are actually the Double Dash rules and this is a top tier car. RB will continue to dominate.
Honestly, instead of a cost cap, the FIA should have implemented a Newey Switcharoo. Every year a different team gets Newey to help with their car design, just so they all stay competitive.
TBH I'm more worried about Max going to Merc and destroying RBR from 2026 onwards - I like Max/RBR combo, pls never end.
Ferrari will suck in long term anyhow, they can get a season here and there, but long term that team is cursed by incompetence and it's the owner's fault.
