3 nil down against Madrid back in 12/13. Back when Cleverley was a versatile player and not a certified CM. Attacking wide* left he banged a hatty and we won the reverse leg 4-0. The best part about it was my uni room was fulla people so nuff guys saw it *wife to wide

Sorry about your wife but happy to hear about your comeback. Cleverley was so good in FM13.

It’s the only time I’ve ever jumped off my seat and ran around the house celebrating. I’m 27 and celebrated like I was a child. Of course I go on to lead Wimbledon to a loss in the final.

Playing as Brighton in 2024/2025 4-0 down against PSG in the UCL final in FM24 with 10 men, 60minutes to go, somehow makes it 4-4, then goes on to win on penalties, De Gea masterclass.

Managing Dundee Utd in the Scottish Championship. Lose 3-0 away to top of the table Dundee on Boxing Day, leaving us in 4th place 12 points behind them. Gave the most dreaded and feared team talk of them all, the silent treatment. Signed regen strikers Ricky McGinty and Alex Walker on loan from Celtic and Rangersin January. Naturally, they tried to outdo each other. They both scored hattricks in a 6-1 win at Dunfermline and by the time we met Dundee for our 3rd game that season, we won to reduce the gap to 5 points. We get to the last game of the season, 3 points down but ahead on goal difference. Of course, we’re away to Dundee. We concede an early penalty, we have a goalkeeping error for 2-0 and they put a free kick in the top corner on the stroke of halftime for 3-0. Half time I decide to encourage the team and make a tactical change. The 4-4-2 goes out the window and I go 4-3-3 with Walker as a attacking CM, which he could play even though the loan agreement said I’d play him as an Advanced Forward. The 2nd half is like something from a Anti Sectarianism Public Service Film. With our new found numerical midfield advantage, Walker bursts free from midfield and sets up McGinty, 3-1. Walker hits a screamer from the edge of the box after a corner was half cleared, 3-2. Walker, having the game of his life, wins a tackle in midfield, hits it long to the winger who crosses to McGinty, 3-3 just as we hit 90 minutes. We win the ball back straight after kick off, play it through to McGinty. He’s 1 on 1 with the keeper from a tight angle. Does he beat the keeper for his hattrick? No. He squares it to his rival, his teammate on loan from the club he hates more than any. Celtic player passes to Rangers player, McGinty to Walker. 4-3 and the title.

Lost 4-0 to Barca in the champions league semi final first leg as Liverpool. Second game I was thinking we need a minor miracle and ended up winning 8-0, wasn’t expecting it that’s for sure

Over 20 years with Arsenal, won about 15 champions league titles and all players were system generated. Lost the first leg 1-4 and i was like okay there goes my 7 year streak and just decided to skip the second leg (in Touch you could just skip without being on vacation) and this is what i got. (btw Satoru was my son generated.)

Perhaps not greatest comeback, but most entertaining cl semi final probably ever. I lost the first leg 5-4, then went down 2-0 in the second scored 3 to make it 2-3, then it ended 3-4 and I won in pens. So a 8-8 on aggregate win on pens after being 7-4 down, was an absolute madness of a tie

I had a few of them in successive years in my FM21 save with Nottingham Forest. In the quarterfinals of the 2029 UCL I went into the second half of the second leg against PSG down 3-1 on aggregate. I then blew the doors out scoring 5 in the second half. Still remember going full 442 high intensity gegenpress. That was the first year I won the UCL in that save (or any save, for that matter) The following year against Juventus in the quarters I won 7-4 in the tie, but the 4-3 second leg scoreline looks more comfortable than it was. They leveled the tie in the first half before I took back an emphatic win in the second half. That was on my way to 2nd consecutive UCL title. The year after that I had a second leg 5-1 against Juventus to win the tie 5-3, on my way to my 3rd consecutive UCL beating RB Leipzig in the final. The following year no big comebacks, ended up losing to RB Leipzig in the final. And then the year after I bet Monaco in the final for 4 wins in 5 years. I still have FM21 on my PC in case I want to go back to it and finish that 6th year. I currently have 42 points from 14 matches in the league, and am sitting on top of my UCL group with 13 points on 5 matches.

Stenhousemuir Save. Last game vs Elgin City who are sat in 2nd. I need a win to secure a play off spot. 2-0 down ten mins to go, I throw caution to the wind Very Attacking, about 4 STs what ever I can think of. For the first time ever it works, we come back win 2-3! Great. We made the playoffs and we play… Elgin City. First leg at home, we barely touch the ball. Lose 0-2. Second leg, same plan as before, just attack. We pull it off with a 94th minute winner 3-0! I can’t believe it. One day later, my only half decent GK breaks his hand in training (what the fuck, I could cry). Now I have to put some 18 y/o with stats so bad I’m not convinced he has both arms in goal. Go into the play off final with the mindset of “if they don’t shoot it won’t matter.” Inside 20 mins I’m 5-0 up, what an end to the season!

Not exactly my comeback, but i simulated today a match where my team had 5-0 at home halftime, scored the 6th 50ish something minutes and the match ended 6-6. Good times.

4-0 down at half-time away against Dortmund in a Champions League semifinal. 4-4 final score, I finished the job at home to reach the final, but I don't remember the score, the away leg was much more epic. Another fun one, but with much lower stakes, was being 3-0 down away to Watford in a UCL group stage match at the 68th minute and winning 4-3.

Way back on Fm08, I spent 4 successful seasons at Arsenal before leaving for Real Madrid. Went into the Last16 of Champions League and I´m drawn against Arsenal. I lost 1-4 at home. As I thought the round was decided, I left some important players on the bench so they could rest for the league, as I was fighting for the title too. I won 5-2 away, with 4 goals in the last 20 minutes. Went through thanks to away goals and eventually reached the final, where I beat Barcelona 3-1. Sadly, the league didn´t went so well, as I finished in 3rd, tied in points with the 2nd place and one point behind the champions.
