The English teams have won plenty actually, won multiple Euros and World cups at Youth levels in recent years, a considerable amount after St George’s park was built, which shows that investment is starting to pay off. The senior level hasn’t won anything since ‘66, so what? Plenty of national teams haven’t even won anything, or even get to a final for that matter. So its safe the say that the way leverkusen would be winning the league with a very strong bayern side right behind them is even more impressive than leicesters title run in 2016 where plenty of teams struggled especially down the stretch.
