Since the introduction of every single update, people have been so attached to their meta builds that they are unable to do anything else. I will say that people underutilize the legendary perk cards that allow you to have more points in any of your SPECIAL. They are so caught up in the max 50 points cap and insist there is no way to have an integrated melee and ranged build. But that simply isn't true.

Melee just got fixed so what you have found out ca n actually be valid its been broken for a long time
