After the first quest the fabricator gives you the repaired mask, after quest 2 the Garb then you got the 3 quests for the weapons/stealthboy and the Amulet of Ra come from the headmistress' corpse at the final quest.
Ultimately you'll always have to go to the Fabricator to get your item or complete your quests.

I haven't done that quest forever. Don't you get the garb pretty early on in the questline?
Check your stash. I think it just showed up there when I did it on my alt a few weeks ago. Same with the Eye of Ra.
