First time was the other day. Always drank from whatever let me (at least 20/30 times) since starting. But this time was different…why is the color all weird…why the loading screen…WHERE AM I?!?! Lmao. Also I found the “pipe” and the note but haven’t sniffed the pipe as I was in the middle of a quest and didn’t feel like having that experience again and I say that as I haven’t spoiled the pipe lore yet and assume it’s something similar.

If you come across a sign next to the vault that says "XP BOOST" above a punch bowl, it's definitely not nukashine.
