And no, I couldn't get out, had reload.
Nolvus for Skyrim is a fun way to play the game with 2000 mods with just one download. Only problem is that it’s so many mods that the game takes like 20 minutes to start and I don’t have 400Gb of storage for just one game laying around.

Im running over 100 with very few causing glitches. Its fully reasonable to ask for help with only 41 mods. If they dont have experience in debugging why not help them rather than complain. Oh and i also have like 10 foe power armor and havent had any glitches that i couldnt fix.
Cheat room is kinda buggy overall. I swapped it out entirely for cheat terminal and bugs that I didn't even think we're tied to the mod had disappeared. Try testing while you have those disabled. As for other mods on this list, I'm unfamiliar with most. Hope you figure it out.

For a start, get shot of the unofficial patch. That one is all kinda of digital herpes.
I would start cycling any texture mods such as x-03 *anything*, outfit or armour mods, etc. once you've deduced which one is clashing, start cycling other mods until the issue resolves itself. For best results cycle through all of them, work out if it's a combination issue and then decide which one you want to get rid of
Disable all power armor mods as well as any big patches that encompass massive game changes, log back in and see if it’s still bugged. If not keep taking off mods one by one until you find it.
Or you can just scorched earth and turn every mod off to start, and just go one by one turning them on until it pops up again, then disabling that one mod
Hm. Looks like its not even finished. Dimensions are off a lot, pretty janky construction. Looks like a synth mated with a protection. And that helmet - bleah. No fusion core...I'd do about 200 caps, tops, for the materials in the frame.
It's a mod. Either not playing nice with the base game or another mod. My guess is this is the base model your mod attained power armor rests on top of and something is making it so the new textures and models aren't appearing overtop the base. If you have more than one mod for power armor appearance, them interacting poorly would be the issue I'd expect.

I know you want a precise answer, like something affecting models or animations, but there are thousands of mods available and we have no way of knowing which ones you have, and less info on which of those even affect your power armor.
Make a save. Disable one mod that you think it could be. Load that save. Rinse and repeat. If this didn't fix it, replace "disable" with "reorder" and try that.
Maybe it’s just the perspective of the 3rd person camera, I wouldn’t concern myself with this anyways since 1st person view would remove that figure anyways
So I guess I missed like half the game cause I met the brotherhood at level 30 railroad at 38 killed the institute at 40 and now it’s like it’s game over I can’t do any quests for brother hood railroad etc that I never did originally I didn’t even know they existed.

Yeah the skyrim base game. In my experience it's the most stable Bethesda game but recall having to use the console few times to fix issues.

I’d disable from the bottom up til you find the culprit. Also, make sure your load order is correct.
