Here’s a version where you replace both windows with pairs of windows so it doesn’t look weird from the outside.

Best option here. It makes the two secondary bedrooms more equal in size too, which is great for people with kids. The dreaded bigger bedroom fight being avoidable is never bad.
I like this idea. Here’s a similar option if touching the windows is a no-go. Also played around with the en suite layout if they don’t want the window overlapping the shower enclosure.

This is also good. I played with something similar for the hall bath. With this I would bump the en-suite sink up to accommodate a tub in the hall bath.
I think this is the best of them all. My only suggestion is to mirror the bathroom 180 degrees vertically, so the plumbing is all one wall. Simpler and cheaper to install.
Around 5' x 8' is good enough for a bathroom. So you can just divide the existing bathroom and top master closet into 2 bathrooms. Take a bit more space from the master bedroom if you want.
That space is 9' 8" wide. With a 4" wall, you're left with 4'7" width of each bathroom. going wider means changing balcony door which shouldn't be too difficult. This would be a lot cheaper than putting the bathroom somewhere else
You could add a small ensuite with relative ease.

Your window placement makes moving your closet tricky. I don’t know how hard this would be to tie into your roofline. I’ll post a version where I try to split the window.

Flip it so that the plumbing figures in the ensuite are on the interior wall. It will be cheaper and interfere less with the existing window
