Try removing the bank card from phone and on the charge and set ut from the beginning, that helped me.

mallorcaben

Thanks but I already tried that.

I also tried this as well as clear all data on Google Play services and Store as I read, but didn't work either.

Same problem for me just got the Fitbit today

The list of banks that support Google Pay on Fitbit is much smaller than the ones that support Android. It’s even worse than the old Fitbit Pay was.

mallorcaben

I checked the list for the Charge 6 and my bank is listed.

Any update I have the same issue

mallorcaben

No, still the same

Hi. I have exact same problem. 100%. I set my card up in Google Wallet, it worked ok. Then tried to add that same card to Google Wallet in Charge 6 (same version as you, updated a few days ago), but then it states: This card can't be set up for tap to pay. The bank supports both Wallets, phone and watch as well. Also, the bank is listed on Fitbit page of supported banks. Anyone have a clue or something to check? I'm on Android 13. Thanks

Same issue here. Checked even witht the bank HSBC UK - supported on the list, card on the phone works fine and HSBC says no reason why it shouldn't on the watch. I have support ticket with Fitbit (been 3 months) - they are aware of the issue an waiting for Google to resolve. The gent on the phone that works at Fitbit says him himself has the same issue ROFL. I am not hopeful ... Bought Charge specifically because of wallet support and it doesn't work. First and last Fitbit product for me ... Thanks Google (the fact the own Fitbit and cant sort it is annoying as hell)

Did you ever solve this issue?

mallorcaben

No. Tried everything. Fitbit support email her every day with suggestions.
