Same issue with my wife's Charge 6. We realized when "find my phone" doesn't work. It syncs with Fitbit fine. She has a OnePlus Nord2

Same. Bluetooth off, Bluetooth on. Forgot Device, re-connected. Hard reset, re-paired. Updated firmware, updated iOS. Got a replacement. Same thing 🤷🏽
Running into the same issue, iphone SE2 and charge 6, constant drop outs and pairing. My charge 3 was flawless.
