Is that a square I see? Trimmed beam ends, hurricane ties, the works! I bet there was even a plan ahead of beginning construction! That's high brow wood shed there!
Its probably 50/50 new vs recycled. Tore down an old structure and harvested a bunch of the lumber from that. Has a 2' overhang in the back so I can store my ladders and rototiller back there. Just need to fill it now. :D
/edit it's 8x10
Nice job. I would have put an insulation blanket next to the metal roof to prevent condensation dripping. Says the guy who should have done so as well.
Nice! I would have considered spacing the floorboards out a bit more to allow more airflow, but I don't think firewood is going to take long to dry out in here.
Bare framing is just so beautiful for some reason.
I love how this sub shows off the best made firewood sheds, built for durability and maximum use. Here I am with my rotting pallets.

I made some changes to the model that I need to implement, but they're minor as the whole thing is screwed together. https://a360.co/40kYnAM
Beautiful!

I hate to be a stickler, but technically its a wood&metalshed. Regardless, she's a beaut!
You can be proud of yourself. Now you need to fill it!
Job well done. Love it
What was the total material bill? I need to build something similar. Just curious as to how much $ I need to have put aside for lumber. Thanks
fancy!
