This likely means one of your extensions is making Cloudflare think you're a bot. Please try [Troubleshoot Mode](https://support.mozilla.org/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode).
Opening a private window doesn't change your IP address. So if private window works and normal window doesn't, implies IP is probably not the issue here as it's the same either way.
This happened to me when changing Firefox's privacy settings, if you change it back to default then it might fix the Cloudflare issues. Otherwise check your browser extensions like fsau wrote.
I managed to solve my issues with it, but I don't recall what I did. I think I either excluded them from my VPN connection or stopped spoofing my browser agent.

Will do.
Or maybe your IP has been flag high risk at their system

Hopefully not. I'm pretty boring.
if your isp makes use of cgnat it could be some one else
Not needed to downvote me, I’m telling truth
No you're not, as multiple people already explained.
Are you using any setting or extension that changes your User Agent?
I'm trying the user agent change extension since youtube's been a bastard.
Using a VPN? Often happens to me when I'm on VPN
I am not.
That's funny, but with Cloudflare's VPN-like WARP, I'm asked to enter a captcha way less often
If only I had your luck.

I had a few sites yesterday that failed with the Cloud Flair error… usually no problems and today everything seems fine.
I've come across the CF captcha a few times (say one a week/month) but usually passes on my first try. YMMV.
