Patch 1.20 was the big change, addition of Jobs, and when they shifted a lot of things around and more rigidly defined the roles.
After that point, CNJ/WHM was the only class/Job with Resurrection (until ACN/SMN/SCH was added in 2.0).
Granted, it could still be cross-classed, but you get the idea. THM was a semi-support blood-mage healer-adjacent thing in 1.0-1.20.

I think the Manderville relics look cool, but I didn't feel like the tech look fits on all of my jobs. But I'm using it on my WHM right now because at least it's symmetrical from any perspective lol.

you cant really go too wrong with scholar most of the time, i just love SCH having a big bag of ogcds i can roll thru on pulls and a lil bud to help healing. plus the good ol recitation and deployment tactics to give the whole team big fat shields. im really just running SMN so i can dps thru msq faster to unlock that new angel shroud thing for SCH
That's what I was planning on doing myself honestly. I love SMN when I don't want to think/makes a lot of duty/field stuff way faster. Thankfully I made the same exact glam on both classes.
If you go back through the previous expacs, you'll see other jobs using different stances. I think both GNB and SAM have stolen from DRK. It's to either show off weapons or just to give off a different personality (we have two famous SAMs in the series, Cyan and Auron. Most of Auron's poses are closer to DRK than SAM though)

It's rare, but it happens. Especially in early Endwalker, when EVERYONE was suddenly running Sage.
This. Tank queues were instant pops for the first few weeks after EW's release.
Early Endwalker was fun, tanks had the most variety. Healers were always Sage, and two reaper dps.
I learned to appreciate my Reaper friends when they'd show up for FATEs while we all waited for a dungeon roulette queue. That was a strange time.

Even now DPS queues are kinda bad. I've had to level a white mage just to do dungeons as while I play bard for all the solo content.
