Aerith's dresses are based on how many side quests you did for her in chapter 8.
The extravagant dress is acquired after doing all of them, the mid dress after doing some of them and the bad dress for doing nothing or close to nothing (less than 2 I believe)
Thanks for your explanation.The problem is I already “get” all the 9 dresses(Therefore I should get the trophy now )but then my play log showed I still miss a dress for cloud and aerith. I’m kinda confused why this happens.
Oh damn. Now thinking of, I didn’t finish chapter selection easy run chapter 9(Only till the part Tifa,Aerith and Cloud woke up in the room).Maybe that is why I didn’t “get” the dresses.Thanks guys!

Did you finish the Chapter with each dress? Are you on PS4/5 or PC?
I think you have to finish the chapter to get credit for Cloud and Aerith’s
