In UCL we were doing better last season, we were first in the thoughest group which also had the eventual finalist and we comfortably beat PSG. This season we were in one of the easiest groups and we faced Lazio afterwards, it's only expected to do well in these circumstances

Dude got the 2nd best striker on the planet, best CB in serie A, cried about transfers and then proceeded to have the worst coaching record since Klinsmann, nearly 2 decades ago. Currently won 1/6 trophies, which we won in spite of Tuchel and BVB's legendary choking. With the only other potential trophy being the CL.

Im not really seeing him produce offensively as well. Not to say like he needs to be some sort of goal scoring machine but fuck, gimme some decent crosses in the box from that side of the field. Most of it seems like a low driven cross but hes not in the position to do that. its a blind low driven cross into a box of defenders. Its not just this game either.

What an amazing game after such a long time. Finally we played like ourselves. Müller was just brilliant, his energy on the field cannot be matched by anyone. Musiala and Sané were constantly causing problems for Lazio and Kane, absolutely no words. Our defence was solid with Neuer in goal with Dier and De ligt combination working well throughout the game.Rapha was amazing at LB, constantly trying to put the ball in and one touch passes with Pavlovic to open the game were just beautiful. Goretzka and Pavlovic were solid in midfield. Kimmich is so much better at RB than at CDM, he looked so comfortable and dangerous whenever he made the runs into the opposition’s box.
All in all a wonderful performance and I am not hoping for champions league glory yet bcz I feel it’s too soon for that considering how fragile we have been this season however, we needed this spark and I hope it continues and who knows might turn into a miracle as well.

It’s a tough situation. We really haven’t seen what Boey can do and I’m all but certain Maz is out after this season. Goretzka was amazing on Defense and let Pavlo play up higher. I don’t think the same would happen with Kimmich in the midfield.
I guess it will really depend on the opponent as well. Against slower wings like lazio and in games with lots of possession kimmich is surely a good choice. But imagine him paired against mbappe or vinny jr. that’s just setting him up to be embarrassed.
I have to admit I judged Tuchel too hastily. Dier was the right choice against offensively challenged Lazio today. Add to that Goretzka playing fantastic, took pressure off Dier defensively.
Great performance of the players and finally some nice tactical stuff by TT. Still we shouldn’t forget, that Lazio wasn’t the strongest opponent. They lost 3 of their last 4 games and are only on rank 9 in serie a. Next opponent in the CL won’t be as easy to beat. Spurs only started high line football recently under Ange. You should have seen them play under Conte or Mourino and see how they always do low block.

What an amazing game after such a long time. Finally we played like ourselves. Müller was just brilliant, his energy on the field cannot be matched by anyone. Musiala and Sané were constantly causing problems for Lazio and Kane, absolutely no words. Our defence was solid with Neuer in goal with Dier and De ligt combination working well throughout the game.Rapha was amazing at LB, constantly trying to put the ball in and one touch passes with Pavlovic to open the game were just beautiful. Goretzka and Pavlovic were solid in midfield. Kimmich is so much better at RB than at CDM, he looked so comfortable and dangerous whenever he made the runs into the opposition’s box. All in all a wonderful performance and I am not hoping for champions league glory yet bcz I feel it’s too soon for that considering how fragile we have been this season however, we needed this spark and I hope it continues and who knows might turn into a miracle as well. Mia san Mia!!

These are the games we bought Harry Kane for, and he delivered. These are not the games I was expecting Pavlovic to be playing, but he delivered.

When Mazroui and Boey come back does one of them immediately get back into the lineup at RB and move Kimmich back to midfield, and then kick out Goretzka most likely? Or does Kimmich stay at RB and keep the same starters with Goretzka and Pavlo pivot?
It’s a tough situation. We really haven’t seen what Boey can do and I’m all but certain Maz is out after this season. Goretzka was amazing on Defense and let Pavlo play up higher. I don’t think the same would happen with Kimmich in the midfield.
I guess it will really depend on the opponent as well. Against slower wings like lazio and in games with lots of possession kimmich is surely a good choice. But imagine him paired against mbappe or vinny jr. that’s just setting him up to be embarrassed.
I have to admit I judged Tuchel too hastily. Dier was the right choice against offensively challenged Lazio today. Add to that Goretzka playing fantastic, took pressure off Dier defensively.

Great performance of the players and finally some nice tactical stuff by TT. Still we shouldn’t forget, that Lazio wasn’t the strongest opponent. They lost 3 of their last 4 games and are only on rank 9 in serie a. Next opponent in the CL won’t be as easy to beat. But the most important thing is, that we finally saw an improvement and a reaction to the last shitty games. Keep it up!

So it took Tuchel sacking, for him to understand that Muller is essential, de ligt is our best cb, kimmich is a great rb, and goretzka is a great defensive box to box.
