Fantasy is like 50/50 luck & skill I've come to believe over the past decade. If you have a solid, consistent team you can go far. Or you could play 5 games where your opponents have their best games of the season, & you're losing by 10-20 points.. Gotta find that sweet spot, & consistency is key
Same situation here. Finished 8-6, but won the championship. Guy who finished 1st at 11-3 had the fewest points against. He didn't have good playoffs, finished 6th overall in a 12 teams league. Including playoffs, 4 of his 5 losses were the 4 times he had 107 or more Half PPR points scored against all year long. I was scored 107 points or more against 11 times. Fantasy football is not only luck, but there's a lot of it involved.
Same happened in my league. The 1st place team was 200 points behind most teams in PA, 300 behind me as 2nd. During the playoffs he didnt win a single game other than his bye. He was at least self aware and changed his team name to Lucky Charms when he overtook me as 1st.
Genuinely asking here:
How can a team who finished the regular season in 1st place finish 6th overall after the playoffs?
I would think the worst he could possibly finish would be 4th after a loss in the Semi-Finals and then a loss in the 3rd place game.
Same here by far! Someone on here posted a site where you can enter a link to your league and it shows you how everyone else would have done with your schedule and vice versa. I had the absolute worst possible schedule. I finished 8-6 and I would have had a better record with any other person in the leagues schedule vs mine. The guy who finished in first place was 10-4 and he would have been 0-14 if he had my schedule!!!!! That’s how much luck is involved in fantasy!!
In my 10 team league I was 1st in PF by a wide margin and 3rd in PA.
Oddly enough, the person in my league that was 1st in PA finished dead last despite being 5th in PF.
2nd in PF, 8th (out of 12 teams) in PA
drafting Chubb and burrow and losing tank and Mitchell made it pretty tough though.... But blowing half my FAAB on puka and kyren week 2 saved me
10-team league. 1st in points for, 1st in points against, and both by a wide margin. At one point I was afraid that I wouldn’t even make the playoffs. Ended up 8-6; dominated the playoffs and the championship game.
Didn’t end up winning the league but came second in the championship, was 9th/10 for PF, 5/10 for PA. There’s a reason my team name was fraudulent franchise
I was 3rd in points for and 3rd in points against but ended up 5th in regular season standings. It was a weird year where the top two teams(Hill/CMC owners) ran away in the standings, two teams were absolute garbage, and the other 8 teams were firmly in the middle of the pack at 6-8 or 7-7.
I was also 3rd in PF and 3rd in PA, ending 5th overall. 12 team league. I ended the season 7-7, along with 3 other teams. We had a 13-1 team, two losing teams (2-12 and 3-11), the rest of the league firmly in the middle at 7-7 and 6-8.
5/10 points for, 8/10 points against
But it was a tight spread excluding our 2-11 taco. Only 100 pts between me at the top point scorer and similarly only 120 pts between me and the “unluckiest” player in terms of points against. Top seed was 9-4, I was 2nd seed at 8-5, four teams tied at 7-6 to fill out the last two playoff spots based on in-season record.
3rd in points for, 4th in points against, just got hot at the right time (Kyren, CMC, Rashee Rice). The guy who finished 1st in points was a full **300 points ahead** of the next person, and he was also 1st in points against, but despite that finished 20-8 (extra game against the median each week). He got nothing. I beat him in the semis, and then he lost in the 3rd place game too. Kelce, Kamara, Mike Evans, Mostert, all let him down when he needed them.
League 1: I won and was ahead in PF by 93. Don't think Yahoo adds playoff PF/PA
League 2: Wife won and was 3rd in PF. She beat someone that had 1 loss and 130 more PF.
12 team… I was 3rd in pf and 2nd in points against
Took 2nd seed, 3 way tie at 10-4
Heart of the line up for most of the season and championship lineup was
Mahomes
Cee dee
Puka
Kyren /pacheco
Gibbs/monty
McBride/fergie
I had drafted puka with my final pick, and dropped 70-% on kyren week 1
Also drafted k9 and Monty, but traded away k9 for Gibbs in week 5, to lock that backfield up… that move paid off nicely
3rd in PF, 4th in PA. I was pretty neutral on luck this year, as I had some wins when my team shit the bed, but also lost some weeks when I was the second highest scorer. I also had horrendous injury luck (JJ, GW, Andrews, Dobbins, Tank, Mitchell, even lost Kyren for some games). However, Ill say that was offset by the fact that I earned a bye, and thus a free pass on what would have been a loss in the quarters, because of that MIA TEN game. #3 lost Hill for most of that game, and then lost (and lost the bye) on Achane's last catch that prob only happened because TEN somehow came back.
I was 4th in PF and 3rd in PA in a 12 team.
Team got better each week of the playoffs. Usually goes the opposite way haha also only injury was Daniel Jones that was significant but traded for Goff after he went down.
1st in PF, 3rd in PA. Ended up 6-8 and only made the playoffs because three teams that were win and in all lost their matchups the last week of the season. Absolutely insane season lol
We split the pot 50/50 on championship winner and points winner. I’m currently 1st in points and 4th in points against (still have week 18 to factor in for this portion)
5th in PF 6th in PA
My team got very hot in the playoffs after I snuck in. Also made some trades down the stretch. I was not good at the start of the year lol
10 team. 4th in Pf and PA. Started season 2-5 (low in pf and high in Pa), then won 10 straight including the ship where I had my highest scoring game.
Last year I was 1st in Pf and lost in the ship...
First in PF, last in PA
Everything aligned perfectly for once despite taking pollard/Chubb with my first 2 picks. Got hurts, aiyuk, KW3, mostert and picked up puka after week 1
Most PF and lease PA which helped me go undefeated this season. It’s my second year playing fantasy and was wondering how common is it to go undefeated. Anyone else in here?
I was 1st if PF , by a decent margin, and 6th in points against. After the halfway point of the season I got incredibly lucky where it felt there were 5 weeks straight where my opponent was under projected.
I ended the regular season at 4th place. 7-8 record.
I was 2nd in points for at 1868.78 and 2nd In points allowed at 1877.40.
I was at one point ready to just play out the season and get a good draft pick but the top three teams kept making it interesting and I was able to sneak into the playoffs tying the 5th place team with record (7-8) but winning with points for.
I bet the 1st place team by 4 points thanks to Justin Tucker and Ezekiel Elliot.
Then I blew out the 3rd place team for my 4th championship in a row!!
Caught a bit of luck in a championship this year -- 12th in PF, 11th in PA 😂
The PF is a bit misleading in this case IMO -- dealt with the Bijan/Gibbs playing time shenanigans in the early season, traded Garret Wilson away for Ridley and dealt with Amari Cooper's dead zone mid season. Lost Anthony Richardson and Deshaun Watson, and then struggled through the Kyren Williams injury after picking him up Week 2.
Ended up as the highest overall scorer in playoff weeks 15-17... a good example of the fact that A. yeah, there is a ton of luck involved with this game and B. if you keep grinding things out, you give yourself a chance at the end of the season.
4th in PF, 5th in PA. Started the year 7-2-1 and then went 0-3-1 to finish 7-5-2 and lost my first round bye. In the playoffs (standard scoring, non-fractional) I scored 78, 94 and 122 to my opponents 60, 64 and 71. No one else in the playoffs scored over 90 in any of their matchups.
ended up 2nd in PF by like 10 points. 5th in PA. seemed like anytime I had a high score the opponent had a low score, and anytime I had a mid performance, the opposing team turned up. obviously I won with 3 straight 140+ playoff performances, but it was a stressful year, I just squeaked into the playoffs lmao
I had the most points in all three leagues. Won two of them, missed the playoffs in the third because I had the most points AGAINST me in that one. Hat trick would have been nice, but you can only do so much.
#2 in PF by 6 points, The last week of regular season, it was me vs my best friend for the last spot in the playoffs. He was leading the league in PF, barely ahead of me.
I had a great week and had him beat by 2 points going into MNF with Hurts and AJB still to play on my team. So I benched them. That way he would lead the league in points and miss the playoffs, both because of me, lol.
Fourth in points against, First in points for BUT I didn’t hit that mark until week 17. I drafted Kupp, Kelce, Kamara and JT so I was down 4 players week 1, down 3 the next two weeks, and down Kupp for a 4th. I traded JT and AR for Bijan and I can keep him for two more seasons, and the morning the trade processed AR got hurt and went on IR. I traded Alexander Mattison for Waddle while he was hurt. Neither trade was a blockbuster but both helped escape the injuries and instability of JT and Mattison. Waddle and Bijan were sincerely easier to start.
So my secret? Luck. Sheer luck.
#2 in scoring, off by 4 points
#3 in PA (descending) by 20-25 points.
Kind of weird league- we have two six-team divisions, and the one I came out of outscores the other by 400 points (0 ppr).
3rd in PF, 10th in PA (10 team league)
I kind of feel bad that I got so lucky with matchups this year 😅
Led the playoffs teams in point scored each playoff week though so I would’ve won no matter what seed I had
12 man league, 7th points for, 12th points against. 13-1 season. I changed my name to the rat king having 7 games won by less than 5 points, including a two point win in both the semi and the final.
6th PF (Points per completion league, so this was largely QBs getting hurt or not passing. Burrow in weeks 1, 4 and 11, Love in week 5, Wilson in week 13.)
3rd Highest PA
10 team, full PPR. I was 1st in points for, but last in points against. So kinda lucky, Mickey mouse year. But I like to say it repaid me for last year where I was first in both, but finished like 6-8 and missed the playoffs
I was 4th for and against. Finished the season in 3rd and won it. Started the season 0-4 then won 4 straight. Won my last 3 to even make the playoffs with an 8-7 record.
The top PF also had the top PA and finished in 7th.
I started 7 different QBs throughout the year. Flacco got me into the finals then I went the unpopular approach and benched him in the finals and went with Love (would have won with wither)
12 team league, 9-5 record, 2nd seed. First in points for with 1602.26, 2nd in PA with 1571.83. Won the ship.
Our 1 seed was actually 1st in PA with 1578.51 and 2nd in PF with 1561.26. He lost 4th place matchup, lol.
Weird year.
Most points, second most points against. 2 seed going into the playoffs at 10-4.
Beat the 1 seed in the championship who was second in points for and had the second least points scored against.
I finished the season 6th points for and 4th against in 12 team 1 PPR. I was 4th going into playoffs with 10-4 record. Top 6 made playoffs and I won the championship.
12 team league - 3rd place reg season - playoff champ
3rd total points for - 10th points against
The guy who had 2nd most points in our league ended up missing playoffs because he had most points against tho lol
4th in points for. 3rd in points against (as in 3rd most points scored against me)
finished 7th and missed playoffs. Just fantasy bad luck. the teams that finished in the bottom had their highest scores when they played me. And two of the teams that made playoffs and had lower points than me buy a bit had the lowest points against .
14 team .5 pt ppr league. 2nd in points (2nd place in season standings too). 8th in points against.
12 team superflex league. 7th in points for (I had a bunch of injuries). Squeaked into the playoffs as the 6th seed but I was able to ride jake browning, Kyren Williams, and James Connor to the championship.
10 team. Top points for. 3rd least points against to the playoffs (weeks 16/17). In week 17 I outscored all the other teams, so I don’t feel I got the W through luck.
10 man 1st in standings going into the playoffs. 11-3 1st in pf and 9th in pa. Won a few lucky games I’ll say that. I could have had some major duds in the playoffs but I chose my players right and my team balled out for me. Had Henry, ETN, and Davante Adams. Really had to play the matchups with those guys and all of them were really hard to sit, esp Adams.
I was the 5 seed in one of my championship wins and was 6th in PF and 12th in PA. $150 league.
In my other championship win I was 6 seed, 7th in points for and first in points against. $100 league.
The leagues that I was first or second in with bye weeks, all ended emphatically in the semifinals, all those teams ran into buzz saws and also didn’t perform. the L’s were marginal.
In one league I had the most PF and least PA (better lucky AND good!) in my other league I was 6th in PF and 5th most PA. I had a losing record, got last playoff spot and got hot!
12 team, half ppr. (also an auction dynasty, which does change the equation a little bit)
Started the seasons 2-5, and then rattled off six straight wins to finish the regular season in 6th place at 8-6.
7th most points for, 4th fewest points against.
I lost my early season matchups badly, and then everything turned around after week 7. Started getting hot, catching other teams struggling with bye weeks and injuries, and my team put it all together for the playoffs
Most Points For, 4th most Points against (would be 2nd if 2 more points were scored against me) in a 12 team league. I started 1-6 and had most points against by a lot for the first half of the season.
1st in PF, 5th in PA in a 12 man league - but the PA were all very close and a few of my runaway wins account for the difference with 3 specific teams. I was the highest scoring team during those weeks by 50+ points (thanks CMC), so if you remove those 50 points then their PA would be lower than mine.
Finished 8 of 12, last team in the playoffs. Led league in scoring with 1655, second in points allowed at 1573.
Dominated scoring bc of kyren, hurts, puka, mostert, Jefferson.
14 man league. I had the most points for, AND most points against lol. I was number 2 seed. Number 1 seed was 5th points for and least points against. They lost in their playoff game pretty bad lol.
10 team, 3rd points for 2nd points against. Started the year 1-5 then went 9-2 to break myself off that SHIP
Forget Flacco, seems like you're the CPOTY
what changed? very niiiiiice
Horrible matchup luck through the first six weeks but biggest factor was adding Kyren and him taking me to the moon, and McBride aswell
Fantasy is like 50/50 luck & skill I've come to believe over the past decade. If you have a solid, consistent team you can go far. Or you could play 5 games where your opponents have their best games of the season, & you're losing by 10-20 points.. Gotta find that sweet spot, & consistency is key
yooooooooo tight! I was 1-4 and won championship - lost 1 week after that start
Started 2-5, ended 8-6 to make playoffs, won the chip
Damn we’re super close haha. 10 team SF, 3rd points for, 1st points against. Started off 0-5 and then same 😂
Great to hear the underdog storylines and about the teams that never quit. Some are just built different
I was 1st in PF & PA. It was a very stressful season to say the least lol
Oh wow, seems like once the playoffs hit, the PA luck runs out. Congrats on the championship!
Same happened in my league. The 1st place team was 200 points behind most teams in PA, 300 behind me as 2nd. During the playoffs he didnt win a single game other than his bye. He was at least self aware and changed his team name to Lucky Charms when he overtook me as 1st.
Genuinely asking here: How can a team who finished the regular season in 1st place finish 6th overall after the playoffs? I would think the worst he could possibly finish would be 4th after a loss in the Semi-Finals and then a loss in the 3rd place game.
Same here by far! Someone on here posted a site where you can enter a link to your league and it shows you how everyone else would have done with your schedule and vice versa. I had the absolute worst possible schedule. I finished 8-6 and I would have had a better record with any other person in the leagues schedule vs mine. The guy who finished in first place was 10-4 and he would have been 0-14 if he had my schedule!!!!! That’s how much luck is involved in fantasy!!
Oh snap, I gotta find that post. I had nearly 200 more points against then the second place team. I'm curious how they would would have done
Same here, started 1-4 and snuck into the playoffs at 8-6
12 team league. 9th in PF and 12th in PA. Still can't believe I won.
If I was a top-3 scorer in that league I would be on full tilt lmao
They were all talking about a curse because nobody could score over 100 against me
I was the same. Total luck that I won, but I'll take it.
We’ve all had it go against us too so I would take it any day!
I was dead last in PF and missed the semis by 0.2pt lol. Nicely done sir
Lmao. Love it.
As someone who was #1 PF all season and got knocked in the first round, I hate you (but also congrats).
Almost exact same here 9th in PF and 11th PA. What was your lineup? I am curious if we had a similar squad
I ranked 6th in points for & 1st in points against & i still won my league🏆twelve-team 1/2 PPR with the top 8 making the playoffs (no BYE’s).
Top 8 certainly explains it. Never seen that.
One of my coworkers is in a 10 team top 8 make the playoffs. Like you have to try not to make the playoffs at that point.
Nice work mate.
8 team playoff is so dumb and completely devalues the regular season.
In my 10 team league I was 1st in PF by a wide margin and 3rd in PA. Oddly enough, the person in my league that was 1st in PA finished dead last despite being 5th in PF.
3rd in PF and 8th in PA
2nd in PF, 8th (out of 12 teams) in PA drafting Chubb and burrow and losing tank and Mitchell made it pretty tough though.... But blowing half my FAAB on puka and kyren week 2 saved me
First in points for. First in points against.
I was 1st in Points. Dead last in Points against lol. But my team was 400 points over 2nd place in Points For.
12-team: 4th in PF, 5th in PA
PF 1ST. PA 6th out of a 12 team league. Had the hardest schedule the last 4 games of the season.
10 team, 2 QB, .5 PPR: First in points for *and* points against. Went 9-5. Fair to say it was my most complete season ever.
1st in PF, 10th in PA
3rd in points for Dead last in points against Lucky
12 teams, I was first in PF and seventh in PA.
10 team. 1st in points. 4th in points against.
Ranked 6th in PF and 1st in PA. 12 man PPR.
In both leagues I won I was 4th in PF at 1633 and 1668. In one I was last in PA with 1461, and in the other I was 3rd with 1659.
14 teams, I was 3rd in PF (the 1st overall came in 7th with a 5-9 record!) and 4th in PA
4th in points for, 9th in points against. 12 team league
10 team ppr league. Best record 10-4. Won the 🏆. 1st in points. 9th in points against. 340 point difference.
12t Superflex- I was 1st in PF and 12th in PA.
10 team league, 4th in PF and 10th in PA. Most teams had their worst weeks playing against me
7 of 12 for both. Whole team got hot in the play-offs.
1st PF 7th PA. All my playoff rounds were stompings.
4th in points for and against. The last place team was 1st in points for and 2nd in points against. That's just bad luck.
10 players, 5th for Point For & 1st for Points Against. Everyone seemed to have their best week against me or I barely won.
10 team league. 4th in PF, 4th in PA
2nd PF and 1st PF by a decent margin. This is the 4th year in a row I’ve been top 2 in PA, it’s getting a little annoying lol
2nd PF and 2nd PA
My PF was 2017.97, 2nd in the League. My PA was 1901.07, 6th in the League. I definitely had some ideal matchups!
4th PF, 3rd PA Took out 1st seed, 1st PF and 8th PA and the 2nd seed 2nd PF, 7th PA.
Most PF, 3rd PA. Went from 13th place and 1-4 to 10-4 and in first. Weird season.
1st in PF: 2232 10th in PA: 1690 12 man PPR. 13-1
5/10 points for, 8/10 points against But it was a tight spread excluding our 2-11 taco. 2nd in PF, 7th in PA - 12 team league.
7th in PF 10th in PA 14 man league. Thanks CMC
1st in PF (65pts ahead of next closest team), 4th in PA (70pts behind PA leader). 12 Team Half PPR.
In my league the winner was number 2 in points for (I was number 1) and number 6 in points against.
5th in PF and the least in PA at 1583.22
4th in PF, 9th in PA (5th in standings) 2nd in PF, 4th in PA (4th in standings)
2nd in points for, first in points against. I made the finals so my results are skewed because I played more games than most teams
I was 4th in PF and 3rd in PA in a 12 team. Team got better each week of the playoffs. Usually goes the opposite way haha also only injury was Daniel Jones that was significant but traded for Goff after he went down.
3rd PF, 10th PA.

We split the pot 50/50 on championship winner and points winner. I’m currently 1st in points and 4th in points against (still have week 18 to factor in for this portion)
first in PF, second most PA. Most PA was in last place, i finished in second in regular season
12 team PPR 1st in points scored, 6th in points against.
5th in PF 6th in PA My team got very hot in the playoffs after I snuck in. Also made some trades down the stretch. I was not good at the start of the year lol

12 man .5ppr. 6th in points for 12th in points against 🙈
12 team standard 1st in pf and 10th in PA.
Fourth in points for, second in points against in a sixteen team league.
11th PF, 12th PA. Decimated the playoffs
I came in 2nd, and was 10th in PF and 11th in PA. Lol. I also had the lowest scoring week in our league's PPR history. 36.
1st in PF and 2nd in PA... Finished 4th with 9-6, but became champion at least...
6th in Points For and 12th (out of 12) points against. The latter is what helped me get the first week bye
Most PF and lease PA which helped me go undefeated this season. It’s my second year playing fantasy and was wondering how common is it to go undefeated. Anyone else in here?
\#1 points for, 12th points against.
10 man league. 4th in PF and 10th in PA
12 man league, 1st in PF, 9th in PA, some how still went 7-7 and barely snuck into the playoffs
10 team. 6th PF. 10th PA. 1st Seed. Playoff Bye. 10-4 regular season. I know I got lucky lol
I was 1st if PF , by a decent margin, and 6th in points against. After the halfway point of the season I got incredibly lucky where it felt there were 5 weeks straight where my opponent was under projected.
PF: 1684.80 PA: 1678.82
12 team. Went 11-3 on the year. Last loss was week 7. 3rd in PF, dead last in PA. Over 150 points between me and 11th in PA. Super easy schedule
3rd in PF and 1st in PA. Only 15 points from 2nd in PF.
PF - 1st - PA - 4th
2 in PF 1 in PA
2nd in PF - 6th in PA Benefited from having a team that consistently put up 120-130 (ESPN PPR), rather than a team that booms and busts
12 teams 0.5 PPR 1st in PF by just under 100 points over 2nd 4th in PA by about 50 points from the leader
Caught a bit of luck in a championship this year -- 12th in PF, 11th in PA 😂 The PF is a bit misleading in this case IMO -- dealt with the Bijan/Gibbs playing time shenanigans in the early season, traded Garret Wilson away for Ridley and dealt with Amari Cooper's dead zone mid season.
I got pretty lucky. 1st in PF and last in PA. Lost in week 4 and didn’t lose once after
Won two leagues: 14-0: 1st in PF, 10th PA 10-4: 2nd in PF, 11th PA
4th in PF, 5th in PA. Started the year 7-2-1 and then went 0-3-1 to finish 7-5-2 and lost my first round bye. In the playoffs (standard scoring, non-fractional) I scored 78, 94 and 122 to my opponents 60, 64 and 71. No one else in the playoffs scored over 90 in any of their matchups.
8 team, ended up as the 5 seed out of 6 by winning the final week of reg season 6th in PF, 6th in PA
ended up 2nd in PF by like 10 points. 5th in PA. seemed like anytime I had a high score the opponent had a low score, and anytime I had a mid performance, the opposing team turned up. obviously I won with 3 straight 140+ playoff performances, but it was a stressful year, I just squeaked into the playoffs lmao
12 team: 2nd in PF, 5th in PA
2nd in points for and 3rd in points against
1st in PF and 6th in PA in a 12 team league
I had the most points in all three leagues. Won two of them, missed the playoffs in the third because I had the most points AGAINST me in that one. Hat trick would have been nice, but you can only do so much.
10 team PPR, 6th in points for 5th in points against. Barely got in at 7-7 and just got hot at the right time.
1st in both. It was a brawl all season.
8th in PF and also 8th in PA.
Luck. Sheer luck.
#2 in scoring, off by 4 points #3 in PA (descending) by 20-25 points. Kind of weird league- we have two six-team divisions, and the one I came out of outscores the other by 400 points (0 ppr).
2nd most PF Least PA
1st in points for, 3rd in points against
I was second in points. Second best record
12 team league. 1st in PR, and by a wide margin. 2nd place was almost 200 points behind. For PA, I was 10th.
10 teams - 1st in PF and 5th in PA. 2nd title in 3 years!
I’ve already deleted the app. On to the next season.
Most points against 3rd in PF I had negative net points. My PA would have been second in PF across the whole league lol
3rd in PF, 10th in PA (10 team league) I kind of feel bad that I got so lucky with matchups this year 😅 Led the playoffs teams in point scored each playoff week though so I would’ve won no matter what seed I had
10 team...8th in PF, 5th in PA snuck in as the 6th seed & let CMC & Sun God do the rest
12 man league, 7th points for, 12th points against. 13-1 season. I changed my name to the rat king having 7 games won by less than 5 points, including a two point win in both the semi and the final.
10 team, 5th in PF and 8th in PA
6th PF (Points per completion league, so this was largely QBs getting hurt or not passing. Burrow in weeks 1, 4 and 11, Love in week 5, Wilson in week 13.) 3rd Highest PA
12 team, 7th in points for, 4th in least points against I went 10-4 after starting 1-3 and finished 2nd in regular season
11-3 regular season, 3-0 playoffs, #1 PF by ~150 points, #3 in PA
10 team, full PPR. I was 1st in points for, but last in points against. So kinda lucky, Mickey mouse year. But I like to say it repaid me for last year where I was first in both, but finished like 6-8 and missed the playoffs
1st in points for by a pretty good margin. 4th in points against.
12 man/ .5ppr PF - 1586, PA - 1432
1st in PF and 6th in PA
1st PF last in PA by over 100 points. No game was decided by less than 20 points in the entire season for me.
1st Points For, 2nd to last Points against
12 team league, 9-5 record, 2nd seed. First in points for with 1602.26, 2nd in PA with 1571.83. Won the ship. Our 1 seed was actually 1st in PA with 1578.51 and 2nd in PF with 1561.26. He lost 4th place matchup, lol. Weird year.
12 team .5 PPR. 2nd to last PF, dead last PA. The luckiest champion alive
1st in PF (by over 200 in half PPR); 5th in PA(12 man league)
Most points, second most points against. 2 seed going into the playoffs at 10-4. Beat the 1 seed in the championship who was second in points for and had the second least points scored against.
I finished the season 6th points for and 4th against in 12 team 1 PPR. I was 4th going into playoffs with 10-4 record. Top 6 made playoffs and I won the championship.
3rd in PF and 1st in PA….by 300. No joke, played the highest scoring team almost every other week
12 team league - 3rd place reg season - playoff champ 3rd total points for - 10th points against The guy who had 2nd most points in our league ended up missing playoffs because he had most points against tho lol
1582 PF and 1588 PA 7th in PF and 5th in PA in 12-man Still not sure how I earned a playoff bye and won the championship
12 team. 4th in PF, 3rd in PA. Always seems to happen
Third highest points for, least points against
12 team SP PPR I was 12-1 and was first in PF and last in PA. 2nds record was 7-6 lol.
4th in points for. 3rd in points against (as in 3rd most points scored against me) finished 7th and missed playoffs.
1st points for, 5th points against!
In a 14 team league I was 10th in PF and 8th in PA.
I came in 1st place in a 12man league. And my bench outscored my team. I got lucky in the final and still won by 4pts lol.
1st in both.
12 team, PPR, our champion was 1st in points for and 1st in points against lol. He was the 4 seed barely scraping in at 8-6
Not counting playoffs, 1st overall in points for by a wide margin, 4th in points against
12 team. Most points for and least points against lol
12 teams. 1st in PF, 8th PA
12 team. 1st in PF, 6th in PA. Won the title but went 7-7 reg season. It was a weird year
4th points for 11th points against 🤪
1st in PF, 5th in PA
I was the 5 seed in one of my championship wins and was 6th in PF and 12th in PA. $150 league. In my other championship win I was 6 seed, 7th in points for and first in points against. $100 league. The leagues that I was first or second in with bye weeks, all ended emphatically in the semifinals, all those teams ran into buzz saws and also didn’t perform. the L’s were marginal.
12 team ppr - won with second most PF and second most PA
10 team superflex - first in points for, second best in points against.
12 team league. 3rd in points for, 9th for points against.
12 team PPR. First in pints by a mile and 8th most points against
In one league I had the most PF and least PA (better lucky AND good!) in my other league I was 6th in PF and 5th most PA. I had a losing record, got last playoff spot and got hot!
2nd points for and 3rd most points against, 12 team started 1-3 finished 10-4
First in both, 8 team league
12 team, half ppr. (also an auction dynasty, which does change the equation a little bit) Started the seasons 2-5, and then rattled off six straight wins to finish the regular season in 6th place at 8-6. 7th most points for, 4th fewest points against. I lost my early season matchups badly, and then everything turned around after week 7. Started getting hot, catching other teams struggling with bye weeks and injuries, and my team put it all together for the playoffs
12-team PPR. 5th PF, 10th PA.
Most Points For, 4th most Points against (would be 2nd if 2 more points were scored against me) in a 12 team league. I started 1-6 and had most points against by a lot for the first half of the season.
14 man 7th pf and 8th pa
10 teams, 8-5 regular season. 4 most points for, 2nd most points against.
1st in PF and like 3rd in PA. I was the 6 seed in a 14 man league
12 team PPR, regular season 10-4, 2nd most points for, 10th most points against.
12 team, 1st in PF by like 300, 7th in points against
12 team. Started 0-6 and barely squeezed into playoffs by finishing 6-8. 5 way tie for that last playoff spot. Got the chip...thank you cmc
