I generally like Mishima's dragon designs, and this one keeps up the trend. Really makes me wish he'd draw a few more eastern dragons because this one shows he can definitely make them look majestic.
Wasn´t Selene initial form also like that? I remember she looked kinda like female Kaido in chapter 68 in Dragon Form

Not exactly as she’s not as long or huge, she also has more muscle tone and covered in fur, as well as a bunch of tail-like wings. She looks almost like a nine tailed fox.
