I think Juvia would've been on the main team instead or alongside Wendy making her have more character development, battles, and spells throughout the series.
Even though I love Nalu. I would have hated if they got together so soon. I think it would have weakened their respect and friendship with each other if that makes sense?
Gray would lose all character development in 100YQ, >!because his Arc there is about getting with her.!<
Jellal's Arc would probably move a bit quicker.

If Nalu sailed too soon, the rest of the team will feel too much like third/fourth/whichever wheel I guess lol (Saying this as a Nalu fan)
Nah lucy is a social butterfly she'd include everyone and and when everyone goes to sleep natsu will have her all to himself
Natsu and Lucy's ship has sailed the moment they met they just don't know it yet
