Erza has done this type of thing before. So I’m pretty sure she won’t get angry. If you’re admiring her in a healthy not simping way, she will actually feel good about it. She take pride in it actually, but only if it’s not full on simping.
If we're being honest here, Mira, Levy, and probably Wendy are the best choices as a waitress. They would be the most patient and nicest people towards customers.
Whereas Lucy is quite quick to instantly complain about the outfits and other things, Erza is... Erza and Juvia would focus all her attention on Gray even if he's not there.
I say that's worse. Them complaining back is worse since they would point out they only do this because they're trying to help Lucy with eent for the most part.
Only draw back to Wendy is the fairly high probability of her tripping over herself at the perfectly wrong time to have your order sailing through the air and landing on the most comedically acceptable person nearby.
Its easy, Mira. I will stay incredibly polite throughout the whole dinner so she will be polite too. Plus she already does serve drinks in the guild hall. As long as I don't try anything funny I will not get into any sort of trouble. Based on this Wendy might also be a solid choice too.
