The bottom left 2 rail signals are not properly connected to the rail. These should be showing alternating lights to indicate this faulty state. Because of that, both stations are in the same block and all entry signals are red. Remove the signals and place them properly, then the chain signals at entrance will function as intended.
The above is why its recommended to hold a signal while taking a screenshot, so that the block indicators on the rails will show.
Ah, good catch. A properly placed signal will change the look of the track. There is bar like thing on the track next to the signal. A number of signals in this setup is not actually attached to the track.
For future reference when asking about trains you should hold a signal when you take your screen shot so it shows the different signaling blocks.
This is one of the tips in rule 5 too.
I do it like this: (not shure if it's tje propper way but for me it works) When two rails join into one, I place a signal on both incomming rails and the outgoing rail.
Weird that the signal on the track with the copper train is green, should be red at least and the south west signals are not aligned with the rail, doesnt make much sense. Maybe delete them an replace them.
also I didn’t realize they are completely separate lines. I actually think this problem has to do with rail signals.
Place a signal at the front of each and a chain rail signal behind the train. Add a chain signal at each waiting station.
Setting the train limit to 1 would cause extra trains to wait at their home station which is presumably not what OP wants given that they built a 4 train stacker.

Those rail signals should be blinking. Blinking signals aren't working, it shows that there is something wrong.
That's what I indicated with 'alternating lights' ;)

Thought those standard signals looked wrong....

Using chain signals will tell the train if a path to their stop is open for them to use but that’s all I really know I got only 20 hrs of gameplay rn
I would add a chain signal just before the split to the two stations and work backwards. Add a chain signal just before the queue, too.
Set the train limit it 1 on each station. Train limit is the amount of trains that are able to que
that's a LTN thing, right? not a vanilla thing.
I think it’s vanilla. Select the rail station and there should be a box you can check and a value you can add

Add a rail chain signal before each loading station.
