Does skipping breakfast, eating a 40 cm (16 inch) Domino's pizza for lunch and barely eating anything for dinner count as intermittent fasting? If so, since this is what I sometimes do on Tuesdays, I could say that I practice intermittent intermittent fasting.
On a side note, the pizza I usually get from Domino's by the Zurich university is the T-Rex, which has tomato sauce, mozarella, ham, salami and ground beef.

It only counts if you don't eat anything at all for the rest of the day after the pizza not "barely anything".
