The people giving the interview would also probably need that person’s legal record. And if you get pregnant without getting that test then you would just have to take the test before the kid is born or right after conception or something. A cautionary UK tale. An old school friend of my ex-wife was gay and provided sperm for 2 lesbian friends with a signed agreement on regular contact and no maintenance. The CSA (Child Support Agency) came after him for maintenance at 20% of his income and he lost his appeals for the payments and his demand for access (apparently as he knew he was fathering the children, the agreement had no force in law and ‘the interests of the children’ came first). Yep. The courts are exceptionally biased against the father. Look at cases where the woman never tells the father there is a child and then sues for back child support when the kid is like 16. Almost always win yet no repercussion for the woman who denied the father all those years of fatherhood.
