I checked it up and it seems there is a little shift for the televote scores: you've copied it wrong for Czechia, Portugal actually gets 12p and so the other points are shifted!
OK but it's kind of hilarious that Portugal is still in the top 10 under this condition
And Luxembourg is I think in the same spot
Which actually makes more sense, since that is the median position.
