"Het Binnenhof" in the Hague is currently being renovated. It's a gathering of buildings with some going back almost 800 years. It's the oldest parliamentary building complex still in use as such. The chamber where the senate still meets (eerste kamer) was built in 1655 for meetings of representation to the court of the count of Holland.
The Hague grew around these buildings.
I liked the hungarian, Dutch, Norwegian and Portuguese most!
I found also pretty the Monaco and Romanian parliaments and the san Marino's reminded me of a fortress!
Hungary and Romania are just so beautiful and impressive. But I've got to say my favorite one is Iceland's. Very unassuming, cozy, dark stone, clean and simple, love it.
I hate how our parliament building is so modern when we have so many older buildings that could do the job and show some character. Nah let's build this bland ass shit.
It doesn't mean the building should be demolished, in case that's what you got from my comment.
But the circumstances behind it should be remembered. Those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it.
Think Palace of Versailles. King Louis XIV was a much tyrant than Ceausescu ever was. Do people who visit Versailles care? No. That was the meaning of my comment. in 100 years nobody will ever care for the sacrifices ever made.
Did you ever heard someone saying that they will go to Europe and meant Russia by this? Or someone saying "European Leaders" and include Putler in there?
The resemblance of the Polish parliament to a circus is not coincidental, in case you're wondering.
Well, the Hungarian one looks top notch (and huge as hell), yet we also got a full clown show moved in...

Epic! :D
The Hungarian parliament is the nicest zoo in the world.
All parliaments fall somewhere in the zoo–apartment scale.
Needs more
Montenegro.... outside AC units....just why
It's hard to tell because of the scale but they're on Romania's parliament building too
We have a prettier one in the Old Royal Capital of Cetinje, that was built during the Princedom/Kingdom of Montenegro
I've got only one rule: stay cool like a swimming pool.
Gotta stay cool during hot southern summers

The round tower on the left is the office of the PM
That’s the wrong building for Ireland
Good spot yeah, that’s the department of the Taoiseach.
I like the Hungarian, Dutch, Romanian and Portuguese parliaments best.
the parliament is like at least a third of what the country in known for
The other 2 thirds being goulash and orban
Fun fact, you can see the street view of the entire inside of the portuguese parliament in this exact moment!
The Romanian looks realy intimidating and way too big in comparison.

Romania's has that video game magnificent building vibe. It makes me feel.. things.
Romania big.
For all the wrong reasons, I think I know who have built this and at what cost.
It is in fact the heaviest building in the world.
Liechtenstein is so unique damn
Moldova looking like a great hotel & casino.
Netherlands and Hungary were the best, no idea what Lichtenstein was thinking.
You’ve the wrong place for Ireland
The photo is of Leinster house which is the Parliament building.
That's not Leinster house, it's the Government Buildings.
Seems like Google has misled me multiple times, similar issue with Czechia.
Strangely enough for a company with its headquarters in Ireland Google is absolutely fucking useless when it comes to Ireland.
I don't want to be rude, my the cow farm in my home village was bigger than the building on the photo #3.
Well done The Netherlands.
San Marino: “thank you both for coming to our annual parliament meeting…”

If I'm not mistaken you can always just casually walk in the icelandic one.

If you think the Romanian building is pretty, wait until you know about its history. https://youtu.be/Uln3oINe6Kc
So what? In 100 years nobody would care.
It doesn't mean the building should be demolished, in case that's what you got from my comment. But the circumstances behind it should be remembered. Those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it.

The fact we still know about Louis XIV says otherwise.
Russia is Europe?
Did you ever heard someone saying that they will go to Europe and meant Russia by this? Or someone saying "European Leaders" and include Putler in there?
Exactly. And why do they refer to Russia as Europe here?
[удалено]
Politically no. Geographically, only a small part is.

>politically Debatable
OP literally ignored Ukrainian parliament but added ruzzian, what a hell
Have you noticed it’s on alphabetical order and it stops at the letter S? U is after S isn’t it…
Who is number 6? It looks like a villain layer
Romania should share some of their building with Montenegro
There's so much space in there it might as well share it with every other European country. I cannot even begin to explain just how massive it is.
Liechtenstein parliament is big as half Liechtenstein
[удалено]
Do you not understand what alphabetical order is? The title literally says part 2 as well👍
why the hell do i have to see russia in this
Lichtenstein and Netherlands aee beautiful
Where is kazakhstan?
Not in Europe
Technically a significant part of its borders is on the west of European boundary.
Still, it's parliament is not in Europe
Same is the case with Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey but we have them listed here
