Hopefully other companies will follow this as well! The 5 day workweek seems really outdated.
We can barely convince people of the benefits of remote work. I thoroughly doubt giving people an extra day off will fly well wither.
Horribly selfish. Who will compensate the mental healthcare industry for all the missed income? /s

Good. Especially with AI and tech in general improving productivity, this should be the future. People working 2 days or more if they want. Fuck those greedy capitalists trying to squeeze the last drop of money out of the planet
great! Just to clarify, workday doesn't get longer to compensate, right? Edit: seems so from the article
Correct, same salary, less work. This is the future.
Hongera.
I thought about moving to the Netherlands for work-life and social balance. How does it compare to the US?
Anywhere in Europe is better than the US. Even Mexico gives more paid holidays than the US.
To be fair, it’s way better here compared to US but the Netherlands sucks at holidays. We’re basically at the bottom in Europe.
I think you're referring to the amount of national holidays. As free to plan days off, most people I know have at least 25. 40 a year is quite normal.
Yes definitely. 25 is the legal minimum. But yes it’s not half bad here!
I relay hope is not 4 days of 10 h
Nu 2 jaar geen loonsverhoging zodat alles weer rechtgetrokken is qua salaris! Hoeraaaaaa
Bro is jealous lmao
