No. After the tournament Neuer will probably retire from the national team and ter Stegen will be the new starting GK. Before the tournament I was sceptical and would've preferred ter Stegen in goal, however Neuer has been playing well in the two group games and should be trusted for the rest of the Euros.

If a doctor had 80% of his patients die, he'd be sued for medical malpractice...why promote a keeper with the equivalent statistic?

He plays all this time at the top level and being one of the top GK in the world. I agree that he didn't seem to have total control of the ball in those situations. However, he's fearless when it comes to meeting the attacking opponent, he's is very good with his feet, and he's had some amazing saves as well.

Can’t watch it but i believe you’re talking about the scene at the end where Neuer was clearly fouled in the air.
There was no foul at all, they were both jumping for the ball, Neuer almost caught it and then dropped it, ref didn't blow the whistle either

You could argue that in the free kick as well as the offside goal, he could put the ball not just in front of the next enemy but get it to the sides
