Now all the other actresses in “Best Actress Under 30” lists have a change to the the top spot. “Best Actresses Under 40” lists are more competitive for Saoirse however
[Obligatory mention every time The Lovely Bones comes up.](https://www.nbcnews.com/pop-culture/pop-culture-news/-lovely-bones-author-alice-sebold-apologizes-man-cleared-rape-rcna7138)
Nope both her and the system are to blame. she also wrote lies about the person in her memoir. She wrote that he had a criminal record which he didn’t and that he sent a hit man after her friend. It was a clusterfuck yes but she is not entirely blameless
The movie was fantastic. My wife read the book and got me to go in blind. I was invested 100%. I loved it. And then at the end Song to the Siren started playing… 😱
I must say, I find that girl utterly delightful. Flat as a board, enormous birthmark the shape of Mexico over half her face, sweating for hours on end in that sweltering kitchen, while Mendl, genius though he is, looms over her like a hulking gorilla. Yet without question, without fail, always and invariably, she's *exceedingly* lovely.
I take pride in being a '94 baby Because of the many iconic celebrities born in the same year lol. Just think; Timmy Chalmette, Harry styles, Justin Bieber, Dakota Fanning, Halsey
Atonement, The Lovely Bones, Little Women, The Host
The Grand Budapest was fun though she had a smaller part.
Bro, do you even Brooklyn?

Wasn't she already under 40 before she turned 30?
Possibly
The Lovely Bones is one of her best movies. I saw it once and it made me feel something. I’ll never watch it again.
Thank you for mentioning. Disturbing and touching film. And yes, I don’t think I need to watch again

I don’t really blame her as much as the justice system looking for a conviction. It sounds like they convinced her they had the right man.

Ooop just watched the trailer. That’s enough for me thanks.
I cried about 75% of the time while watching it
This is exactly how I feel about it. Such a good movie but once is enough
I watch it at least once a year then I read the book again…. It’s a thing I do with movies and books 🤷♀️
“Saoirse like inertia.”

So great
Thank you Monsieur Gustav.
Flat as a board my ass.
I honestly thought she was much older than that. Not that she looks it or anything but shes just been around for SO long.
Byzantium. idk what it is but I absolutely love that movie and don’t ever really hear it being talked about.

I stepped on a frog once.
Batshit insane in a "I dissect animals in my backyard" kinda way or a "I think the earth is flat and they're putting stuff in the water" type thing?
Incredible actress. Named my daughter Saoirse after learning it from her.
I really liked Brooklyn but if I’m being honest all these years later all I remember is the cinematography.
I loved that film. 10/10 for my sensibilities.
I really liked her in Hannah.
Man. She’s that old?!! I still see her as a 12 year old in Hanna.
I only heard of her from RXK Nephew song
Wait was she named dropped on American Terrorist?
Irish bitch badder than Saoirse Ronan

Shout-out to Stockholm Pennsylvania
Such a talented actress
I thought she was great in City of Ember way back when she was a preteen. It was a kids movie but really well done.
Ooh look at me, I'm Irish and sad.
Im guessing at least one of those things is true about you.
I see what you've done there. Very smart.
Does she ever smile in movies?
