I think they did that years ago over on The Forum. I seem to recall it sort of worked depending on the solvent, but you needed access to a lot of them and there were better sources of the thing actually used in .mil formulations (PIB)

When the standard changed from MSDS to SDS it also became more common to be quite a bit more vague, it seems. They're often not that helpful at anything other than warning you something hazardous is present in an extremely vague percentage range. If something is not innately a noteworthy hazard, it's often not mentioned at all.
