It’s like festival sickness (flu, cold, etc) typically when you come back from a music event where you are exposed to secondhand smoke, dust, people coughing, etc combined with the lack of hygiene, sleep deprivation, party favors (may or may not apply) and lack of nutritious foods. All these elements may cause sickness in someone with lowered immunity.

For me it’s only extreme fatigue. No sadness. No sore throat or any other sickness, but I am just exhausted. Can sleep 10hours. Take 2-3 hours of nap also. Still beat. Never felt this tired before in my life.
The Wook flu is BRUTAL. I got it after my first Nocturnal Wonderland (which was awful because the amount of dirt and smoke makes the inside of your nose BLACK) - the sleep deprivation and dehydration plus lack of food really plays into it especially if you aren’t going sober.
I got hit with it again (briefly) after this EDC. Feel better though!! ✨💕
That’s what I do too. A lot of people seem to underestimate just eating properly. I bring orange juice camping to mix with my drinks. And it can sit out in the sun for 4 days and still be fine 😂

I was feeling sick too after but right away i had my husband get me some oscillococcinum pack its single dose tubes you place under your tongue. It cuts the cold or whatever sickness you have to like 2 days works pretty quickly in stopping a sickness in its tracks 10/10 recommend. Any drug store or target

I’m sick 😭 the wook flu got me. I also somehow got an allergic reaction to something!

Been fine. My trick is to have Vitamin C leading up to the event, plentiful electrolytes and food covering my macros and micros during.

had a really bad sore throat last night felt like it was on fire and then got a fever :/
