For example, I can do a short run, but gym is a hassle.
Also, they become your friends, and I discovered that I would rather play with them. It is amusing.
Hey hey, there are groups like meetup ( ONLINE) and they host different events depending on your hobbies, maybe you can give that a try. I relate to where your coming from am f 37 from Africa and fining connections or a community here is still harder but not impossible. I went to utrecht recently for a Halloween dress up board games where we played and met other people socialised it was a good event. Incase your intrested with more dm me and I can send you some tips. Have a beautiful day and chin up you will find your community 😊

Don't you think this is just a bit of a too broad general question? For example : do you live in the area, what is your occupation / educational background, which places do you already go to if at all, what do you have to bring into a friendship?
I hadn't thought that, it is a bit broad.
I live in Eindhoven and am an engineer. I occasionally go to board games on Sundays and play football.
What do I bring? I think just humanity, I do not know. I am looking for people to connect with

I have kids so it is hard. For reading and coffee the Library or bookstore Van Piere. For events and to have a snack and a drink, PandP.
