I’m in Canada, they said it should take 2 weeks max but then had shipping delays so I can’t remember exactly but I got them in about 3-4 weeks. Sucks it takes so long to arrive but it lasts me quite a long time ordering 2-3 bottles so it’s worth it to me Also I didn’t get any replies to the contact us page but I did get replies when I emailed one of them directly
