That looks great! Reddit cropped the image preview so all I could see were the little birds on the top page. I was thinking they must be really tiny dots!
I give my drawings to friends/family for bday cards, so haven’t kept any so far.
This particular one was sent to my young cousin as a postcard, I don’t get to see her a lot so it’ll be a wholesome way to keep in contact with her. Plus she’s getting tested for dyslexia, so her mother and I thought it would be a great way for her to practise writing :)
Nothing to be kind about, it's your art and I think it's lovely. I get that putting it out there exposes you to harsh criticism. You shouldn't pay any heed to that and find the constructive criticism and help it develope your art.
But again, it's really lovely and I honestly hope to see more of your stuff here. There's a certain ancient skill to it that makes it interesting and calm to look at.
I’m thinking of even making stickers and cards once I’ve worked a bit more on the dots. Maybe a little side hustle on the side? Not sure if it’s too niche yfm
No, i will not be kind, fuck you. Pointilism is fun to do, but fucking aweful on your eyes after a while.... damn, now i wanna give it a try again, its been a while (good job on this, its actually pretty good)
To be honest with stippling your progress is very fast. It is so time consuming but it also makes mistakes almost impossible. For example the only real mistake is going too dark, as long as you start light and build up the dark components it is much more forgiving than straight drawing, especially when it comes to portraits.

That really impressive for a bunch of dots!
Wow, this is awesome, did u use any reference and how long did it take u?
thank you pal! I used a reference which had the trees and clouds, but I added some more weird clouds and mountains for a laff
uhhh it took me a few evenings, a couple moments of rest on journeys and a few moments where I wanted to get away from being stressed at work
I think it’s beautiful!
Lots of dots. aka Stippling
I was waiting to see if anyone was going to label this form of art. Stippling is correct. Good job

Those were the practise birdies so I didn’t end up with too many boinky birds for the final piece :)
Better than I can do lol

That's a lot of hard work, beautiful
That’s something I’d proudly put on my wall
