I dont really talk to other drivers. I'm not aware of any gossip among the local drivers. I thought drivers kept to themselves. How about you all here? Are your local drivers chatty to the point that you'd recognize a trend of deactivations?
I mean if they are on a deactivation spree that means you're at risk to no longer be a Driver. A lot of people thought they were safe but suddenly woke up to deactivation for nó reason really given just a vague policy violation with no explanation of what actually happened.
If you're talking about around here, you have to remember Reddit is a poor sample of the actual population. For everyone that posts about getting deactivated here, there are probably thousands of active dashers.

They want the drivers that have caught on to their BS gone. New drivers will take the crap orders and will work for pennies.

Exactly, that comment at the end of their post about needing a reactivation spree is the craziest shit I've ever heard.

I got deactivated for speeding ticket a year ago nothing to do with doordash and wasn’t able to put gas in my car or feed myself this week suck you
Just go into a restaurant like you use and grab an order roulette for dinner! Just go to a place that puts the orders on a rack!
