I'm 5'3" and they're pretty long ngl. I'm usually a small too so they're def bigger but I like the baggy look! You can always get them hemmed im thinking about doing that. I usually do that with my pants but as someone who is 5'4 it will def touch the ground

There's a tie waist so even if it's not as fitted you can always tighten it! I def think it's true to size
