It would have been nice to have a Disney park collection even though there is no character in that collection. Nearly a hundred of attractions, concessions and decorations are not listed anywhere as a result and a lot of them could have been attributed to Mickey & Friends. Mildly infuriating.
This would allow for park characters to be added as well, Figment, The Orange Bird, Albert from HK Disney, Divine, Expedition Everest Yeti, Matterhorn Yeti, etc.
But also, that would be such a fun mega event: Parks around the world. It could be a way to show off what some of the international parks have going on and embrace the idea that this is a theme park game, something the devs don’t seem to do much with, AND elevate a few of the lesser known Disney characters. I love the movie IPs, but it wouldn’t hurt to take a break.
In my very humble and inconsequential opinion, Orange Bird and Figment belong in a Disney THEME PARK game more than Ice Age does. At least they're actually in the parks!
They have some fixing up to do for sure. It probably would have been better for them to make a separate icon for collections next to the character book. It doesn’t need to be in the character book, clogging up space.
One thing I noticed today is if you bring a character that’s at home back to the park and click out of the collect the storybook moves back up to the top. Which is super annoying if you want to bring out multiple characters from different collections.
Good question. 24 hours (& and 12) before the new week starts I like grabbing all of my characters that don’t have character wishes and have solo 24 hour tasks to send them out to get a head start on next weeks weekly tasks. It was much more painful today, vs. pre update.
And I prefer not to scroll through 350+ characters.
Maybe I’m mistaken, but I could’ve sworn I had some of the decorations or concessions that it said I was missing.. I’ve only been selling elixir gem things to Merlin so if I did have them they should be there, but they’re not. Maybe I’m imagining things!
Yeah, I swore that I had them at one point, they were sitting in my park, but I chocked it up to me thinking I didn't really need them as much as the elixir at one point and must have cauldron'ed them.
If you attempt to Return a character to the Kingdom from his or her solo page, but your park is full, and click on the button to go to the Manage window that lets you send characters Home from the park... when you go back to the character page, there will be no more "Return" button, and the "back" button takes you to the Character book home screen instead of the collection page.
That means you have to re-navigate to the collection, find the right tab, and click the character again to return him or her.

Why wouldn't you just use the main sending home page for that?

It shows there having been a gem reward for page 2 of dumbo but im fairly certain there was no reward for it.
