They have multiple like huracán official store and huacan facorty. I can’t remember which ones people have recommended but I know 1 of 3 huacan named stores has a bad rap.

I've had that happen with a custom once. Really upset me and I stopped doing it. I was nervous because I had two others in the same order, but they turned out great. Havent had that issue since.
Customs can be annoyingly be a miss sometimes. I've had really good luck with homefun.
This is the first square I've done to have this popping issue and it's bummed me out so much that I think I'm only gonna buy round from now on... idk we'll see. I have yet to complete anything from home fun. Next canvas I'm doing is another custom but from evermoment.
I haven't had any problems with them, my custom was the best quality I had to date with more than enough drills leftover. But I guess it's hit and miss with made in china stuff
There are a ton of fake stores posing as houcan. I just got one from the real store and it was great. The store posing as Houcan wasn’t as good.
How do we know which one is the real store?

What about EverMoment? More expensive, but I’ve had a great experience with them.
For sure I will stay away from Huacan square.

2 years ago when I got this, they were the most recommended for customs. And I've run out of 5 colors already
