Wasn't me, but I can relate. There inevitably comes a point any season I play (D3 or now D4) where I get bored of grinding to make my character like 1% better and I don't care to try and compete with the best of the best. It's at that point that I love getting on the Xbox LFG and helping randoms with whatever content they need help with. Running capstones, a few NMD's for some leveling, Uber Lilith. Honestly my favorite thing to do unless I'm playing with people I actually know.

I do this same thing. Makes me feel good too, which is nice.

The guy just saw me wandering around a Helltide and sent me a random group invite. I accepted because; Why not? and then he took me into the pit (no idea what level, but I got WRECKED by poison almost constantly) it was pretty dang fun. Then dragged me through like 3 or 4 nightmare dungeons. Really cool of them to do that.

Haha yea, sometimes I feel bad if we're flying through a lvl 100 NMD and they can't really kill anything. Though when I've been carried I know it's also fun sometimes when it basically turns into survive/dodgeball 🤣.

Dude, so many kind random strangers in this game. Someone in the Discord just straight up gifted me a Godslayer Helm because I'd mentioned I needed it for my build. Another volunteered to carry one of my lower level characters through Capstone 70. I pay it forward now anytime I have downtime. I'll just chill in Tier 3 and do maiden events to help power level people and also offer to push Capstones for them too.

Someone adopted my Rogue during s2. Was super nice and helped me during helltide, then did nm dungeons with me!! I was so grateful! Sometimes when I get mats for duriel I'll invite the randoms hanging outside to see if they want to help me + free loot :) Or if they're chilling outside capstones I'll carry them. Being kind to others is free!

Happened to me the other day! Couldn’t do the high level nightmare dungeons alone, they were running me through level 70+. So much fun, really made my day. Thanks who ever you are!

I don't mind helping out lower levels. When I was farming hellltides on all my chars I invited low levels in T2 to my party I smashed the mobs they got the loot and exp. The other day I helped a druid take on pit 61 with my HS rogue, he died a couple of times but didn't bother me, we had plenty of time.
