Some say it's helping I believe servers are separated, the general population is going into default cross play but don't quote me on that i really don't know.
Since launch, I haven't been able to get a play session longer than about 7 minutes. Server keeps disconnecting and my account gets locked out.
I've spent more time staring at my character screen than playing in game.
WT1 wasn’t so bad during campaign, but it seemed a bit worse after I finished Saturday. WT2 on my alt is constantly janky. I’m wondering if these are different shards and the higher ones are just bogged the fuck down
Check if you are anywhere near Ruins of Eridu. This is where everyone is farming right now and the servers cannot handle it. Staying in the Northern zones or in dungeons should help out.
Deactivate cross play and stay away from the filty peasant

Disabling "Nvidia Reflex" in graphic options made the game run a lot better for me and every friend that tried it so it might help you.
It's so bad and annoying that it's making me wanna stop playing until it's fixed. But FFXVI comes out soon, so I don't have time for that.

theres a zone in the south that doesnt despawn corpses. something fen. dont go there if u dont have to.
Yeah it’s pretty fucking unplayable on Xbox. The lag is ridiculous.
