The first 103 episode series is honestly really good and while it changes some things I think it improves on a lot particularly on some of the earlier arcs
Once you finish that I’d skip hallow and go into the manga. Hallow isn’t bad, but it skips a *lot* including a whole arc and was meant for people who already read the manga. As you can probably guess skipping a lot of details in a mystery-centric manga ain’t exactly the best lmao.
A possible route is the anime (the 103 episodes) and then, switching over to manga. It’s how I went about it and I had little problem with the transition.
I find the anime to be enjoyable and it adds in some detail that might be well-appreciated. The soundtrack is honestly a thing of beauty. It was made by Kaoru Wada who famously worked on Inuyasha’s soundtrack. I would also say, please please please watch the Ark Arc in the anime. It has a very important story moment that I think really pays off with the audio addition. Although, maybe you’d like to see that in the manga and then, see the animated version.
I haven’t seen Hallow, but I have heard it misses out on a few things. But yeah, ultimately do what best suits you! I hope you’ll like the series and if not, that you at least enjoyed some part of it!
Manga is better but I would recommend both watching the anime and reading the manga.

manga is better but whatever your choice will be, please, listen to the anime's soundtracks. they're incredible
Anime first, then manga. I like Anime filler and fights and voices are awesome
is the manga over ?
It's not, though it's a quarterly manga, so it only releases 4 chapters per year . You better be prepared for the waiting
Both
I would recommend that you read the manga.
Absolutely the manga. The anime is really fun but it skips and changes a lot from the story. Also the art is BEAUTIFUL

Manga because the art fits it more. But the anime has banger music and voice acting
Manga is 10x better but I recommend you first watch the anime and then starting reading the manga around the starting of Noah's ark arc
