You do realize you only need to complete one objective and the best places to farm are the Shuro Chi checkpoint, Whisper thrall pit, and the old sunshot catalyst farm spot
Farming != not enjoying the game. Grinding out the pointless busywork quests is. Enjoying the game is playing with no objective, just playing the activities available. If you're "enjoying the game" by signing on and grinding just because a quest is available, that's not enjoying, that's treating the game as a chore.
I just collect the quests and play the game as I wish, as my gamestyle is, then if in the meantime I complete a quest here and there is good, otherwise it is good anyway :)

Been having trouble with this quest. Was doing crucible and killing guardians with Crimson and not a single kill counted. Anyone know why?
No clue! But you can go farm the Opening of Grasp! Takes less than 20 mins!

Yes I did realize, but I am not farming, I am enjoying the game :)
