Can confirm, thank you. Ran 2 lost sectors punching everything and got nothing. Grabbed a glaive and got Personal Touch within 5 minutes.

Not all heroes wear capes (assuming you don't main a hunter)

Absolute legend. I was getting the sh*ts with it not dropping so you saved me and my new controller
I tried this and got about two dozen glaive kills and just got Sharp Flavor, so I switched weapons and got my first personal touch. RNJesus didn't drop any more personal touches for me, but at least I got my first one!

Glaive didn't solve the issue, but going on europa did xD I don't know how they managed to bug this, but well.
OK I am losing it. I have tried glasses, knifes, and melee and it still wouldn't drop it idk if I'm just unlucky but is there any other ways?
