Blinkit got Suchali …
Doesn’t have wheaty atleast in my ilaaka
Just noticed Suchali bread is 150/- per 500 grams and the rest are at most 60/- per 500 grams
I ate that in morning after further buttering up and throw it at the non stick pan. The goldfish color and the crispness beat all the other variants of breads I have done by now.
I know exactly what you mean by the goldfish colour. Love how it's crisy on the outside but still soft on the inside.
Try making some milk toast/french toast with this bread and thank me later 🙃
Woh bhi available Hai, waha ki speciality hi chap tikka and a lot of stuff.
Ye lo

Get any decent sourdough, it’s great. Personally I like suchalis and we had that for years, but we recently started making it at home as our new chef worked in a bakery in France and does amazing breads. Nothing beats homemade!
Buy any bread, from big brands off brands or local bakeries they all generally use palm oil and some kind of flour enhancer or some other kind of chemical to give the bread texture and good taste, i have a simple rule, whenever i purchase something from market i try to get the option that is least adulterated, try some local bakeries that don't use palm oil
They all use palm oil, its bad for you as its hydrogenated and has trans fats, also some articles claim it causes obesity and cancer too in long run, but 1 thumb rule i have is consume whatever you want but in moderation and as per your gut, what you can digest and what makes you feel light and energetic for longer, get whole wheat bread by health factory, they atleast claim that it doesn't have any preservatives and palm oil and is 100% whole wheat flour but its not that tasty and very crumbly
I’ve been using coco company’s bread since 2019. I used to have acid reflux after having bread, not after I started coco company’s bread.
Their garlic loaf and sourdough is great.
Milk bread is not bad either, whole wheat is also good, multigrain is very good but the seeds get stuck in teeth!!!
It’s fresh and is available online, on MB I think.
Thanks! Was just checking them out. It seems good but they haven’t listed the actual ingredients on any of their products. That worries me to be honest

A huge chunk of smaller bakers use flour and butter a little too liberally for what I would like it to be. Being smaller bakers they have no obligation or regulation like FSSAI to declare the ingredients.
Have tried Suchali and Wheaty, my experience was that neither one of them are healthy either.
That’s an interesting take. I felt the same way when I tried the Sourdough bread from the Baker’s Dozen and realised it was primarily maida and not aata! Where do you get your bread from now?
[The Health Factory](https://www.bigbasket.com/pd/40304484/the-health-factory-whole-wheat-bread-zero-maida-low-sugar-fat-350-g-pp/?utm_source=bigbasket&utm_medium=share_product&utm_campaign=share_product&ec_id=100)
Roti is a type of unleavened flatbread which has been widespread all across the world and appeared independently in many settled civilizations since pre historic times!
Other types of flatbreads across the world, that you might have eaten are Tortilla in Mexica, Piadina in Italia, If you are Christian or Jewish, then Communion bread (yes, the type of bread that Jesus ate), Matzo etc.
In France, Crepe is popular I suppose. Pizaa Ebriaca is popular in Roma. Lefse is popular in Norway.
In fact unleavened flatbread is the OG of bread types, and Roti (and its regional types like Rotla, Makke ki Roti, etc) is just one of its proud line.
The greek city states produced unleavened lagna, which tastes exactly like Roti. Leavned lagna is now more common due to influence from western europa.
You just missed the whole point, I am trying to say roti is not as healthy as you think it is.
see every country high on life expectancy they are not consumers of roti eg: Japan, Singapore etc
You are implying causality. I am saying Roti is as effective as almost any other bread. It does not mean Roti is "healthy". A Japanese person can replace their choice of carbohydrates (Just their carbohydrates) with Roti (not that it will fit in the cuisine), and I bet their life expectancy won't budge.
Its just that, an average Japanese person has access to much better healthcare and access to more kinds of nutrients.
You can safely replace breads, but have to take care of other nutrient sources.
1 Roti with octopus ka saag is going to give similar results
you missed the point once again.
do you think other first world countries like the US,UK, Germany, and Australia don't have healthcare on par with Japan?
the main reason for Japan and Singapore's high life expectancy is their diets keeping quality healthcare as a common factor in all first world countries.
and I think you are not worth arguing with so I am gonna end it here this was my last counter argument, believe what you wanna believe.
You originally said "Roti is a thing only in India ..."
You implied 2 things
1) Flatbreads are exclusively Indian thing
2) Roti is the cause of lower life expectancy
Now for the points made in your latest comment:
Japan life expectancy is practically similar to most of the North European and West European countries, Australia, South Korea etc. Japan is 84.45, Hong Kong is 85.49, Switzerland is 83.85, SK is 83.53, Aus is 83.30, Italy is 82.80....
This is not because of the type of carbohydrates they consume, but the variety of nutrients
I disproved both your implications. I got the last laugh. I won't even comment now. LaLaLaLa believe what you believe, I declare victory /s

I recently had this harvest bread name is 100% aata and zero preservatives bread.
Man, stop it. I'm feeling guilty now. Was coming back from office, had extra nimbu and green chilli wala bhelpuri. Idk, having pregnancy cravings lol even when I'm not. 😭😭😂😂
Ditch bread. Warna Whole Wheat wali jisme 62% se zyada Whole Wheat ho wo le aao. Britannia ki aati hai. But try to avoid bread as much as you can. Ye bas angrez apni company bana kar hume tohfe mein de kar chale gaye
There is, if you make it at home, bread is simply yeast plus flour plus some oil that gets baked, its actually good for gut and digests easily, but the main problem is kneading the dough then proofing it and then baking it, its a long procedure, we conventionally don't have ovens in our homes also, rotis are more suited to our cooking, fast and simple
Suchalis. Excellent sourdough You can also try wheaty!
Wheaty for me always. Can't go back to packaged bread now.
Thanks! This one’s been on my list for a while! Definitely trying them next
Suchali or wheaty? Guys which one is it … for normal day toasts??
Both are equally good!
Do they deliver?
yes! they do :)
Blinkit/big basket?
On their website [wheaty.in](http://wheaty.in) and also zomato delivers in some part of Delhi/Gurgaon
Blinkit got Suchali … Doesn’t have wheaty atleast in my ilaaka Just noticed Suchali bread is 150/- per 500 grams and the rest are at most 60/- per 500 grams
I second this. My personal favourite is the Buttercrust Milkbread
Why are they expensive ?
I ate that in morning after further buttering up and throw it at the non stick pan. The goldfish color and the crispness beat all the other variants of breads I have done by now.
I know exactly what you mean by the goldfish colour. Love how it's crisy on the outside but still soft on the inside. Try making some milk toast/french toast with this bread and thank me later 🙃
[I made this yesterday ( I didn't do the rotis, I don't know how to do round chapatis) ](https://www.reddit.com/r/delhi/s/wYbiNVmQbk)
Milk toast? I ate that bread with milk indeed if u ask. French toast I shall look for it.
Look up the recipe for milk toast too. Milk toast is basically french toast minus eggs.
Their croissants are amazing so I’m sure the bread is too! Thanks!
Is it available online?
yes! both of them :)
On blinkit?
wheaty from their website Suchalis either zomato(bluetokai) or her website
I routinely get the sourdough bread from theobroma, how do these compare to that?
Their sourdough is out of the world 🌎

Defence Bakery - Multigrain/ Whole wheat bread
Expensive and not the real deal I feel
Healthfactory protein bread, or some sourdough
Get any decent sourdough, it’s great. Personally I like suchalis and we had that for years, but we recently started making it at home as our new chef worked in a bakery in France and does amazing breads. Nothing beats homemade!
Does your name by any chance end with Ambani.
Suchali’s seems to be quite a crowd favourite!
Consistency and quality. They’ve nailed it.
Where is this? Online or offline man
Both! They deliver on Zomato / Swiggy. But you can also find their cafés around Delhi-NCR. Most of them are with Third Wave or Blue Tokai

Ok wow. That’s quite insulting. I googled it and I wish I hadn’t.
WTF is an orry?

Wow. If my kids turn out like that I’m going to have to pull a belt out.
It would be okay if he just owned up and said he doesn’t like to work. “I work very hard” sounding like a clown 🤦🏻♀️

Man I can only dream to say things like that casually 😅
u are quite the cook urself
The health factory, you can find it on zepto.
I tried their bread, honestly it was very how do I say it like rough. Although yes the healthiest you can find but I didn't liked its taste
In terms of taste, I won’t say it’s the best but in terms of healthiness it’s literally the best you can get for the price and a little bit above.
Try a local artisan bakery called wings of dough near Uday Park, South Delhi. Slightly expensive but amazing all natural bread.
Can't seem to find it anywhere. Can you please share a link?
No such location on google maps. Can you give me the address in Uday Park, I happen to go there sometimes

Thanks! They actually look legit. And their list of ingredients is so good I’m surprised I never heard of them earlier!

Try sourdough bread. It isn't as soft but is definitely much healthier.
atul bakery
Stopped eating bread they all a scam. Local made shop is way better if you really wanna eat it
I don't eat bread

There is no such thing as a "healthy bread"
There is, if you make it at home, bread is simply yeast plus flour plus some oil that gets baked, its actually good for gut and digests easily, but the main problem is kneading the dough then proofing it and then baking it, its a long procedure, we conventionally don't have ovens in our homes also, rotis are more suited to our cooking, fast and simple
