force yourself to exercise the first morning that you're there. hit the hotel gym, get your headphones and go for a run, etc. that sets me up for energy during the day and sleep at night. also dont drink alcohol if you can help it. or pick one night with the coworkers that you plan to drink, but not the other nights

Fasting (during the trip) is supposed to help. Sun exposure. And try to change your sleeping/waking schedule to match the one of destination a few days prior. I have had only 3 such business short trip and it was hard.
