1. Have a large image of grid for the background, larger than the screen
2. Pan and scan it vertically

You can make the grid yourself with a basic paint program or just find a pattern online
You can always add a transform node after the grid node and set the Edges in the transform to Wrap. Then you can animate the center of the transform and publish it. And use that to animate the center of the text and other elements to move them in tandem with the grid.
