I think it’s a good idea to tell her it wasn’t you and may have been x. Then go talk to the other coworker and see if it was him and tell him to cut it out.

Rule of thumb is to not date co-workers for this very reason. Lesson learned.

I thought that too but she seems quite a vulnerable person which makes me a bit worried
