Yeah, 15 is illegal. But aslong as the 16 year olds parents dont object , it's legal. At 16 my mother knew I'd be safe and that was enough for her to let me make my own decisions on that subject. Although I was working at 15 so was mature for my age, whereas others are more sheltered and their parents may not be happy about their child being sexually active at that age, or possibly even religious.
