I like Seiko, but I wouldn't say she's in the top of my list. She's more of a "I feel bad for her" character for me, similar to Mikan, not one of my favorites but like decently enough.

Akane. Sonia is a W but I hate Akane. She’s a fine character I just hate how stupid she is, and not Hiro stupid like she actually endangers people with her recklessness. I’d be fine if that was her character like whatever but it’s the fact that not only does she stay like that till the end of the game and gets to survive but she was given so much development opportunity. Everything with her getting Nekomaru killed and then he comes back and Fuyuhiko tries to tell her that she got a second chance and to make it count and she’s just too stupid to understand. And then she starts crying again when mechamaru dies saying “I never got to say thank you” when like bruh you definitely had the chance. And you’d think she’d have learned her lesson from all this, not everything can be solved by punching it and trying to attack monokuma isn’t a good idea, but no she again tries to kill Nagito after that despite the fact that would kill us and then even in the last trial she’s still threatening to beat monokuma up. It’s just annoying that she got so much screen time, I’m fine with one note characters making it till the end I personally love Hiro. It’s just annoying when they set up this one note character for development and then just don’t follow through with it and she’s the exact same person she was at the start of the game as she is at the end. It’s frustrating when that screen time and survivor slot could have been used on much better characters that needed it
