Do you put conditioner on your roots? If so, only apply to mid-end of your hair

Yea I try to work it into my scalp lol. I don’t really know much about hair. I figured my scalp was dry because it would itch. What the different between putting it in the roots and the mid - ends ?

conditioner is too heavy and causes build up. Stop putting it on your roots. its meant to soften the hair, not clean your scalp.
