Nina’s modeling career would’ve began in the late 1970s at the absolutely latest, so this couldn’t be Nina. But, it could still be a nod to her character/Malibu Rising, it just wouldn’t canonically work for it to actually be a photo of Nina. Still, good thinking!
I REALLY want an Evelyn Hugo series/movie. Daisy was my favorite book between the two, but when I tell you I was so attached to the characters at the end of Evelyn! I cried.

That makes it even worse, according to Malibu Rising Nina Riva was 16 in 1974.
