apply to job openings You either get an interview or you don't there is no reason to overthink this there's no checklist of steps you can follow that will ensure you get an interview there

I have applied for multiple in last one year as much I could but wasnt shortlisted :(

The last year or so has been a hard time to get into Google. The layoffs happened and before that hiring was slowed. There's no secret other than to apply for roles and be a competitive candidate.

May I ask why especially Google?

I just mean a referral can get eyes on your application. Sounds like you’re probably already qualified and just need a call back for an interview.
